Please say hello :-) in the order notes to confirm you read and understand you will be invoiced for additional shipping. Please include your preferred method of invoicing for shipping costs. These will ship out with 2 day shipping on ice or overnight for hot/distant climates. Cancelled orders once we have started packing and/or if you refuse shipping costs will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee to cover our lost time and credit card fees which we don’t get back. All fresh orders include a $5 fee to cover ice packs. We are unable to give precise shipping quotes before packing but estimate $20-$70 for 2 day shipping depending on your distance, location, order volume. To Michigan, Chicago and the like will ship UPS Ground and arrives in a day usually. Please reach out via email if you require a shipping estimate.
Roots arrive washed and we cut them minimally to preserve freshness. There may be dirt in twisted roots (especially for plants like Ashwagandha). So please expect to wash your roots as needed. We include extra root to make up for any dirt weight.
Fresh products may ship separately from dried products depending on our discernment on cost savings to you, but may be ordered together.
